Day 1 - ATTACK (1 of 5)
I was soo knackered yesterday that I didn't get to update my new diary. I intend to record my Dukan journey highlighting what I've eaten, drunk, my mood and hopefully weight loss ;-)
For those of you who are kind enough to follow me I'll try my best not to bore you senseless but I'd appreciate any feedback you can give :D

Exercise - does housework count?
All in all I thought it was a good first day. I had to sample the muffins because it was my first time baking with bran, yoghurt and sweeteners and I wanted to see if they were as goodie as my "regular" muffins. Well they ain't but they are edible. I guess my palate will just have to adjust to them, as I'm not giving up on this diet!!

I have started the Dukan diet today and I am also feeling determined, well done on the weight loss after day one, I cant wait to get on the scales tomorrow!! :)

I'm so chuffed that I've gotten through day 2.
I learned today that one of my colleagues has been on Dukan since the beginning on December. She took a week off at Christmas but has lost a stone so far. My boss started last week and lost 7lbs in her 3 day attack. I'm soo glad that people I know are getting good results. It inspires me to keep going and it's good to have others close by that I can swap tips with. Even my crazy friend who I work closely with is saying she's gonna start tomorrow!
Weighed today and .....drum roll please.......
199.8 yippee :D that's a total loss of 5.6 and out of the 200's.
