Hi guys,

Some of you may remember me from 2012 early 2013, I lost a couple of stone on Dukan before falling pregnant in January 2013.

Well I have birth to my beautiful baby boy Harry on 9/10/13 weighing 8lb 13oz.

Well 12 weeks later and 2 stone over my pre pregnancy weight and I'm ready to rid my mummy tummy. I put on 3 stone 7 during pregnancy and lost 1 stone 7lb after giving birth.

I was 10 stone 10lb prior to falling pregnant but I would love to finally be in the 9 stones. However I will be happy at 10 stone. So 3 stone to go!!

So Thursday 2nd January, day 1 back on Dukan, wasn't 100% prepared this morning so foods a bit random but still okay.

Day 1 - 13 stone 0lb

B - coffee (didn't have no food in this morning)
L - yoghurt and oatbran
D - 2 salmon fillets and 2 poached eggs

Xxx

Welcome back

Thanks ladies :)

Forgot how bad the headaches are in attack, that combined with caring for a 12 week old are mega painful :(

But I have soldiered on :)

Friday 3rd jan

Day 2 - 12 stone 11 and 3/4 (2lb loss)

B - yoghurt and oatbran
L - 2 egg omelette and 2 turkey rashers
D - 1 chicken breast
S - yoghurt

Well done for soldiering on - Attack has been horrible for me, so total respect for you for being on Mummy duty as well!

Well done on the loss too! :)

Saturday 4th January
12 stone 9 and 1/4

B - yoghurt and oatbran L - ham slices D - chicken breast S - 4 crab sticks, dr pepper zero Might have another yoghurt later on

Xx

Leah that's a fantastic healthy restart xxx onwards and downwards xxx

Well done Leah, you're doing brilliantly! Xx

Ladies I've flew the nest, I'm starting Lipotrim today. It's a total food replacement diet that you have to go to the chemist weekly for.

Because I've got so much more weight to lose this time round I need big quick losses to keep me motivated, and apparently this diet offers that, all being well I should lose 3 stone in 3 months, so I shall give it a go, I may do Dukan to maintain after I've lost the weight though :)

Good luck with all your journeys, as always I will continue reading all your diaries (as I did throughout my pregnancy) :)

Xxx

Sorry to hear you're flying the nest Leah, but pleased you're making a choice you feel positive about!

Good luck with the new plan & don't be a stranger. :) xx
