Started the attack phase last week first weight in since being very ill.

17st 10lb - I was expecting that to be high. I did so well before I got down to 12st 12lb. Then I got ill :( Spent pretty much all of 2013 indoors not exercising unable to walk from one side of the ouse to the other without nearly collapsing. Had to give up my roller derby too.

But now Im ready to start again and see where I go. I must remember not to get dismayed by the smallest weight gains. REMEMBER YOU HAVE DONE THIS BEFORE YOU CAN DO IT AGAIN. Just got to take it easy and not over think.

So weigh ins

Monday 21st July - 17st 10lb

Wednesday 23rd July - 17st 7lb

Thursday 24th July - 17st 5lb

Friday 26th July - 17st 3lb

Saturday 27th July - 17st 1lb

Tuesday 29th July - 17st 1.2lb - Small gain - first day of cruise yesterday
 
B - Gallette
L - Left over turkey burger with some cooked turkey slices, with 1 pot of sugar free jelly, 1 can of pepsi max
D - Beef meat balls with a mini baby bell on top as they were a tad dry!


All washed down with over 2L of water

Still no change in weight. Hoping that will pass

B - Galette with a half WW vanilla yog on top
L - Left over meatballs and since today is PV I have some tomato sauce to go with it (not ketchup)
D - Pre cooked chicken, with roast asparagus and green beans Oh it was so good!!

S - got some ham in the fridge and a can of pepsi max

Yesterday - No change in weight

B - Galette
L - Chicken breast + Sugar free jelly
D - Beef and chicken stir fry with out veggies with seasoning

S - 1 can Pepsi Max and some sugar free gum
 
B - Galette
L - Cooked chicken
D - Probably chicken again

S - Sugar free jelly, 1 can pepsi max, sugar free gum and smoked ham

Weight has gone up to 17st 1.4lb now getting a little frustrated but trying not to get disheartened

Both days washed down with 2 - 3L of water

I had a rough start too - especially at the start of cruise. I think it's from dieting before, so you body might be like: "ahhh... I see what you're trying to do here..."
Keep you head down and stay in the game - you know what you're doing, and you've got this.
If you can (and this was a tough lesson for me to learn), try to weigh a little less frequently, maybe just a couple of times per week.
I found this so hard at first - literally the only way I could not hop on the scales in the morning was to get up and immediately chugg a large glass of water.

Had an off weekend, felt a bit poorly so ended up having half a 10 inch pizza split over 2 days (did include 2 hours of intense skating on the sunday) and then a KFC wrap and a cream cake.

Back on it today.

B - Dukan premade Oat bran bar
L - Chicken
D - Not sure maybe turkey or something

S - SF jelly

All washed down with over 2L of water and a 1 can of pepsi.

Thank you. I really want to loose again. Its just hard old work! I need to bump up my exercise but due to being ill I get so tired which means I do not end up exercising. I'm aiming to have a go tonight after work and see how I do.
 
I wonder whether you're actually eating enough Vix. Maybe post menus with quantities?

It must be exasperating to be making these efforts and seeing no results for several days. I too would stay off those scales for a while.
