    My Blue Jeans Dukan Mission...

    Ok mission is to get into my electric blue skinny jeans. I purchased these when I first reached my true weight back in 2011.... I felt amazing in these!!

    Right haven't eaten enough today apart from my oatbran & my 3% fat sainsurys sausages (I know they are not allowed but I live off them & they work for me) so I'm off to get some ham & make a start on my water....

    30 day shred!! Omg...I thought that was an urban myth & no-one actually did it!! Go for it...it will be worth it in the end if only for the jeans wearing.....it's all about the jeans wearing!!

    I'm doing fit steps Tuesday & Zumba Thursday then my 30min walk all other days...

    Right day 14 but day for 1 for the diary, and not organised enough and not eaten enough and not done my walk :0 however I haven't stopped today, and I've got a nice few hours tomorrow afternoon to myself and I'm gonna get baking my dukan goodies & do a double walk to make up for it!

    B - oatbran porridge
    L - half a pack of BBQ chicken pieces
    D - 4 slices ham & 2 light babybels
    1.5 litres water
    tea, dukan hot chocolate
    sugar free chewing gums
    coke zero

    only thing is, because I've done attack lost 7lbs in first week then been on holiday & gained 2.4lbs I don't know whether to do 3 day attack again or just go back on cruise PV tomorrow?

    i think I'll have a quick weigh in the morning and that will decide it for me!!

    Day 15....had a quick weigh to decide whether to carry on PV or PP, 11st 3.6lbs so nearly back to where I was before hold....so I went PP... A productive day... Baked 2 dukan sponges, went to sainsburys & got the meat in....bought some quark cos I'm gonna make me some bread did my 30 min walk in the rain!!!

    Ha ha...I couldn't live without my sugar free werthers originals & I picked up a box of sugar free strawberry sweets from the tills in guess where??? M&S!!! Ha ha....they so hit the spot when I get sugar cravings.

    purple, I make 2 sponges at a time, and they last me 4 - 5 days... I have a good 4 slices a day. It's called lemon sponge & it's in the dukan recipe book, but I will put the recipe on here if you haven't got it... It took me a lot of tweaking...but I seriously couldn't do dukan without my sponge.....my sister a fantastic but naturally slim woman cruelly calls it foam!! But when you've lived on ham & eggs for a week when I first tasted it it was like... AMAZING!!
