    Dukan Diet 100 Day Count Down💜

    I have made a promise to myself that I am going to do 100 days on Dukan.

    Starting weight 208.5lb

    Day 1



    Attack

    Breakfast
    Oat bran porridge
    Decaf tea with skimmed milk

    Lunch
    Turkey
    Mug of coffee made on skimmed milk

    Tea
    Omelette
    Mug of coffee made on skimmed milk

    2 litres of water

    40 minute walk

    Decaf tea with skimmed milk

    Shelly I had a go at being almost Dukan for a couple of months before Christmas last year and got on well and got a stone off which I have manged to keep off plus the two I have lost with lipotrim.

    Thank you all for the lovely welcome and for your diaries as I find them very motivating and your success has motivated me to have a go again and hopefully do as well as all of you
