Attack Rachel's weight loss Journey

Hi all. Starting attack phase again tomorrow after many attempts! I have tried every diet going Cambridge slimming world Herbalife and I just end up going on massive binges! I went through a bad break up last year and my weight has continued to increase over the year! I am now 2 stone overweight feeling so self conscious and flabby! So starting tomorrow and I am going to post an honest food diary on here every day x
 
Day 1 going ok
B: dukan muffin
L: tuna and 4 crab sticks
T: Cooking some chicken
Snacks: ham slices and total yoghurt

Was hard when one of my colleagues came back with a mini Lindt chocolate bear for us all had to get rid of mine as I just can't trust myself! Had to buy some chocolate buttons for our advent calendar at school so wanted to demolish the bag! They are currently in my car mmmm Aldi chocolate buttons!!
 
Omg no weight loss! Can't believe it! It's not filling with me confidence if I can't lose weight on day 1 off attack phase. Hard not to just throw in the towel!
 
Rachie - give it time! Did you drink enough water, and do a little exercise? Did you eat enough to fill full?

My first day showed nothing - but my first week I lost loads.

Keep the faith.
 
Yes I was going to say what Matt has said...have u done your water & walk...
Please keep going & keep the faith...this diet works beautifully if you follow the rules 100%, keep up updated & welcome :)

Thanks your right I'm way too hard on myself and throw in the towel quickly when I think it's not working what I'm going to do is restart tomorrow and not weigh myself at all till next Monday I get really upset about scales need to have a break! I'm going to make sure I drink all the water tomorrow and also do my 30 day shred I'll let you know how I do tomorrow x

L: chicken and crab sticks
D: Tuna steaks
Snacks: jelly sugar free sweats
Diet Pepsi 2 litres of water

Did my 30 day shred too feeling really good now need to remember this feeling whenever I feel like caving in!

I have had a good day today
B: oat bran muffins
L: I made a mistake here I didn't take any lunch with me stopped at shop on way to work to get some chicken all they had was Chinese chicken ?so had to do that not ideal but not horrendous either. Not making that mistake again!
D: salmon and pollock
Snacks: crab sticks ham yoghurt and sugar free sweet
Diet Pepsi

30 day shred

Sound loads when I write it all down but amounts to just 1000 calories not that that's important on this diet x
