    hello to anyone who remembers me

    Hi there forgive the short message I'm on my phone....laptop gave up on me a while ago and finally got a phone decent enough to be able to get on here.

    I'm basically back with motivation and weight to lose...the latter should be no surprise to anyone who knew me on here lol.

    Starting tomorrow morning I'm back on plan and hoping to bust some inches before the new year and keep them off in the year to come.
