Thanks guys!!

Zoe it's not mine im afraid- clip in extensions, it's so thin otherwise!! I managed in the shoes all night too- can't believe I'm now a 4.5 not a 6! X

My shoes size hasnt really changed but I cant wear wide fit shoes at all now, Im prob more a 5.5 than the 6 i always thought I was!

My hair is also quite thin, even too thin to get away with clip ins not showing!!

Ps Zoe my hairdresser cut my extensions for me so they sit to my hair and are hidden, well worth it!! Prior to this they were so obvious, especially at the clips!! X

Omg I went from 6 to 4.5 think it's the only place I've lost my weight lol

Strangly no and my friends who have done it have all found the same results. It seams to shrink back. Xxx

Ditto sid, my belly is shrinking same as the rest of me LOL. Weird thing I have found it that my skin actually feels softer.
