    My tummy has flattened out quite a bit. My legs aren't shrinking much, they never do it'll be time for a measure up with my personal trainer next week so we'll find out for sure! Time to go to body pump and work on those arms!

    Bet you look back shortly and edit that sentence about your legs...there are 5 of us who have done Dukan and all have always had big legs...but hey ho Dukan has done a liposuction job....don't know how but is melted our fat legs xxx
