Official weekly weigh in.

Hi all. I found a thread like this really helpful on the atkins site and i hope it is here. Every week decide on your official weigh in day and log it on here. This way we can all help motivate or congratulate each other.
My weigh in day is Fri along with Vicky and Caz so watch this space!
 
Have officially weighed myself this morning for the start of the Dukan diet and weighed in at 9 st 13 lb. Can't help but think that some weight from my blow out at the weekend hasn't gone on yet! :confused: According to the scales, I only put on half a pound from my blow out which I find hard to believe!! :)
 
my official weigh in was 12st 3 :( lol
 
Started the diet on Monday so technically it is a short week for our 1st weigh in which makes my 5lbs even more impressive :D I am now 1lb of my first mini goal of 9st 7lb :)

Thanks to eveyone who has helped us in our first week, especially Joanne, you have been a star and given us lots of good advice x

I'll join you with a Friday weigh in...

Last Friday, I weighed 73.5K. Today 72.6K. So 900g lost :)

Well done loosssseeeerrrrrrsss. Im off to cry! Not as impressive but still a loss (1lb) and the fairy apppeared today. Also worked last night which totally throws me off. Short week and nights, not a good combination.

a loss is a loss... and you did go from Atkins straight to Dukan without a "break" ;)!! So I say well done you!
 
Yes i did Joanne, thank you. Im begining to believe that jumping straight from one to the other without a break has hindered my loss somehow but im still positive and looking forward to next weeks big weigh in
 
But had you taken a break between the two, you'd have gained loads, lost more than a pound probably, but probably still been heavier today than you are!

So... it's all numbers...!
