Hey guys me again. This thread is to share your daily menus. Hopefully people can then tell us where we are going wrong or just get ideas for their menus. Please can you also state which phase you are on so as it is clear to others.

I start on attack tomorrow and my daily menu is B=muller light vanilla yoghurt, L=slices of chicken, D=chicken marinated in yog and tikka in a gallette. W=min of 2l and 20mins walking.

Good morning everybody! Bank holiday and I have to work - hmph! :mad:

B: 2 boiled eggs
L: Prawns with a squeeze of lemon juice
D: Chicken marinaded in yoghurt and spices and a galette
W: 2 litres

Have a good day :)

oops i posted on the what are we eating today thread

Are we sure that Muller lites are allowed on Attack?

I don't think either of you are eating enough protein... you've not put the quantities of prawns or chicken, but I doubt you'd want to eat just a load of either?

Here's hoping you're not starving... remember you can eat as much pure protein as you like.

Here's my menu for today - Cruise phase, PP

Breakfast - muffins (galette recipe with smoked salmon inside)

Lunch - piece of steamed salmon, slice of smoked salmon, lightly boiled egg (to dunk in), chicken leg (to gnaw on!)
125g fat free fromage frais

Snack
chicken thigh
fat free aromatised yoghurt

Dinner
180g grilled sirloin steak

2-3L water
5.5km walk

Menu for tomorrow:

B: Raspberry fat free yoghurt :(
L: Lean ham with mayo and a galette
D: Tin of red salmon and maybe some more ham though they really don't go together!
All washed down with water! ;)

Thinking my menu for tomorrow will be
B=vanilla yog.
L=tuna
D=chilli (mince with a little stock and chilli flakes) and a gallette.
All washed down with lots of water.

:D Hey gorgeous, that's a good idea for chilli, and you can make a wrap with the galette!

Mine are a little too thick to wrap at the mo, guess i just need more practise. Im going to make a chicken soup too. Chicken a tiny bit of onion and stock.

B - galette and egg white scrambled egg
L - tuna, crab sticks and prawns - made some chilli mayo thing with fromage frais
D - salmon fillets with Dukan white sauce
S - chicken tikka and turkey slices and yoghurt

Really not sure yet.
B=yoghurt
L=Tuna mixed with vinegar
D=really dont know. Maybe some turkey but not sure what to do with it

Have you got turkey breast Cheryl?

trying to think what you could have. what about covering in oatbran if you havent used todays allowance up?

Hmm might do. Really cat think that far ahead as not at all hungry. Might do a kind of curry sauce with yog or ff? Oh and a mint yog dip tonight too. Think that would have made all the difference last night.

MMM i think ill be eating a lot of chicken/turkey in marinades TBH that meal last night was delish. and yes the yog and mint was lovely, especially wrapped up in galette.

How thin did you make your gallette? Mine seem to come out a little too thick to roll up as a wrap

I put it in the pan and spread it round with a spoon. had a disaster one for brekkie though. must leave it in the pan longer lol.

See i told you slow and low! Are you not having one tonight? MArk really liked his too

Hi guys... you are still eating too little in my humble opinion. Can't wait to receive the book to check some things...

"lean ham" twice in a day? given that it's banned over here, twice might be once too many to have too regularly?

For a thin galette, try smoothing the mixture with a knife onto greaseproof paper (on a baking sheet) and baking it. (I do that for my "Dukan lemon meringue pie".)

Here's my menu for today - Cruise phase, PP

Breakfast - muffins (galette recipe with smoked fish inside)

Lunch - small piece of steamed salmon, handful of prawns, chicken leg (to gnaw on!)
125g fat free fromage frais

Snack
chicken thigh
fat free aromatised yoghurt

Dinner
200g 5% fat mince (hand moulded into burgers)
fried egg (non stick pan, no fat)

2-3L water
5.5km walk

Hey Joanne. Im still waiting for my book. How long do you bake your gallettes for? This might be an easier option when making 2 seeing as hubby loves them too!
