    Newbie + Oatbran

Hi.. I am waiting for my book but can't wait to get started.

Just some stuid questions re: oatbran..

I got a bag of oatbran from Holland and Barrets yesterday. What do I do with it? It looks kind of like fine porridge. Is this the right thing? Thank you

You can have it just spooned into yoghurt, you can make the Dukan galette with it, make Dukan Muffins, coat your chicken - zillions of things to do with it. You need the one that is called 'Oatbran' not oatbran flakes or porridge or anything like that. It is quite finely milled stuff.
