    OMG! Amazing first day weight loss

    Ok - so I know it's only been one day, but I cannot believe how much I have lost in just one day - an amazing 3lbs!!!!

    I weight myself first thing, and although I know most of it is probably water, but it feels AMAZING!!!!

    Yay! Can I actually do this? I think I can!!

    Goal 1 - lose 7lbs
    Goal 2 - get into the 13's
    Goal 3 - Lose 1 stone
    Goal 4 - Lose 1 and a half stones
    Goal 5 - get into the 12's
    Goal 6 - Drop from a size 18 on top to a size 16 (a comfy 16)
    Goal 7 - be an all over 14
    Goal 8 - Get into the 11's
    Target - size 12 all over - then we'll see!

    yes you can do it when you get through the dukan flu around day 3 & 4 then its a breeze
    Hit target on 27th may 2012 total weight loss of 76lbs and a wee bit
    lost 4lbs on first week of a graduall conso (veg & fruit daily)

    That is cool - it is why I think the end of the diet will keep me stable in weight cos you can see that one essentially PP day can drop you 3lbs. Keep going............................. fab start.
