I am in America for the next 3 weeks and am trying desperately to maintain my regular Dukan grocery shopping whilst I am here. I am also 6 months pregnant so I am eating conso-style with some extras, but I still want to keep to the Dukan plan.
Can anyone who is in the States tell me what yogurts are Dukan-friendly? I bought the Fat-Free Yoplait yogurts from Wal-Mart yesterday, but they contain a lot of high fructose corn syrup and gelatin - this is like no yogurt I have ever had in my life, I could hardly finish it!
