    bad day

    argh cant believe what i did today so annoyed at myself, i made a sunday dinner and i was dishing the mash potatoe up when there was some left in the pan and it suddenly found its way into my mouth a few mouthfuls later it was gone, im so annoyed

    ahh dont beat urself up, it happened its gone. Dont let it stop u carrying on, just learn from it, we r human beans and we have to re programme out habits and learn new ones. Drink some extra water tonight. I felt same earlier dishing up but I had a new veg on my plate to try and I was so excited to taste it I found it easier to ignore the potatoes! I got celeriac and boiled and mashed half omg with pepper it was well nice, like mash, not strong taste, try it! I par boiled the other half, sprayed with fry lite and sprinkled with spices, try praprika, baked in oven till crispy and OMG chips! I had a teaspoon of reduced salt n sugar tom sauce, tesco own, really really was nice! What I am trying to say is to get thru we need to try new stuff/make new dukan meals. Goooo for it! Dont overthink what happened, just move on ;-) good luck

    Started dukan weighing 11 st 9lb, down to 10st.2lb by July, life got too stressful and fell off the waggon,, restarted weighing 10st 11lb Nov 2nd much more relaxed and motivated to see it thru!

    3 DAYS ATTACK - 4.2LB oh yes attack was the kick up bum I needed

    WEEK 3 CRUISE - 3lb oh yes cruisin an losin!!
    WEEK 4 CRUISE - 2lb HAPPY in the 9's omg yes me in the 9's!!!!

    WEEK 7 CRUISE - 2lb
    WEEK 8 MOVED INTO CONSO XMAS WEEK !!!!!!!!
