Dukan shop

Hi Jo

I bought a load of the Dukan flavourings when I started out, with a view to "treating myself" and encouraging me to stick to the plan. I have to say, in my view, the flavourings are completely over-rated and (with the exception of coconut) simply not worth it. I know others will disagree with me, so it's clearly personal taste.

I have the buttery one - it's not great. If you want to PM me your address I'll gladly stick it in the post and you can see for yourself! :D

Skimmed milk powder can be bought from supermarkets - Marvel is a brand you might recognise.

im a lover of them and they last for ages ... not tried the butter myself but i have many of the others

I bought a load of flavourings from the Preema site thats mentioned on here.

Skimmed milk Powder I buy from places like B&M or Home Bargains as it tends to be a little bit cheaper, thats the Marvel brand. Aldi do their own version, a taller tub for only slightly higher price, but lasts for ages.

I've never bought any thing from the Dukan shop as it can all be found (eventually!) elsewhere for less..the only thing I have not been able to find cheaper elsewhere yet is shirataki noodles.

Flavourings you can get from Asda for anywhere from 70p - £1.50
Oat and wheatbran from Holland and Barrett or any supermarket
Reduced fat cocoa £1.20 at tesco

etc

infact, the tesco cocoa I bought has better nutritional stats than the dukan one!

I really love the flavorings there and the noodles.
I really hate the choc spread and the oat bran products....
