    Exercise Challenge - inc. Insanity!



    Hey all!

    I thought it would be good to start an exercise challenge thread. A few of us are thinking about starting the Insanity workouts next week, and it would be great if loads of other people could join in too! It doesn't have to be Insanity, just whatever you fancy that will be a challenge.

    As we are getting close to Christmas, that can be our target - to look smokin' hot in our xmas party dresses!

    I'm going to suggest an Insanity start date of Monday 15th October (with the fit test), and following the programme means the end date will be Sunday 16th December. If you don't fancy Insanity maybe you could do one of the following:
    - two rounds of 30 day shred
    - couch to 5k or 10K
    - local gym/ exercise classes
    - other workout DVD's! ..... you get the idea!

    Please join in!!!! I'm so bad at starting things like this and then giving up, so let's keep each other motivated!

    Anybody interested? Please!!!!

I have previously found some you tube videos for zumba, so will have a go at them, I'll kick hubby out of hte room so i can do them LOL. and I will get my routine with the vibration plate going too, as thats been abandoned for a few weeks now.

    Sounds good DF! I've never tried zumba, so you'll have to let me know how you get on. Do the vibration plates actually work? They seem too good to be true!x
