Week 1: -8.2lb(3 day attack)
Week 2-14 -23.4lb (0.4lb from goal!)
Christmas gain 8.6lb28th Jan starting again
Week 1: -3.7lb
I usually have chicken and mushroom or beef and mushroom and egg foo yung and actively avoid the sauce but chicken and mushroom tends to be a thin sauce and easy to avoid.... Hope that helps......

That's a Good question and answer for me too I was wondering about that the other day. Def chicken dish but wasn't sure. I wondered about chicken in lemon.

There is chicken & mushrooms and I think there is stir fried bean sprouts so I think I will go for that or ask them if they would do a Foo yung for me if it is on their takeaway menu.
