    ATTACK - HOW LONG

    Hi

    I initially calculated my True Weight on the official website and i wanted to recalculate it which it does...however i havent started my diet as yet and wanted to know how many days i should do the atack phase and other parts but the curve wont show

    is there another way to know how long i should do this for....initialy told 7 days on attack to lose three stone but ladies have said that may be too long on other posts...

    please advise...i start attack on jan 1st
    ROUND TWO 16/5/2013 SW -70.8kg 4 days attack-87 days of cruise .
    TOTAL TO LOSE 2 Stone (12kg) 26.4 llbs to lose.

    ROUND ONE STARTED jan 2o13 lost 13.4 llbs in 6 weeks.73.4kg start weight
    1Wk -5.3 llbs end of 7day attack (71kg)
    2wk -GAINED .2 KG SO HALF LLB ;( 70.8 kg
    3wk -3 llbs NOT SURE HOW TO WORK THIS OUT 69.6 KG [8.4 llb to date]
    4wk -1.5 llb 68.9 KG [9.9llb to date]
    5wk -1.7llb 68.3 kg [11.2 to date ]
    6wk -2.2llb 67.3kg (13.4 to date)
    7wk 20/2/13 very poorly gain llb no diet for 12 days eating whatever whenever
