    Talking Made it to the 9s (just)

    Just doing a celebratory dance here as I've finally gone below 10st. After the Christmas Day blow out, I was 4lbs up at 10st 4lbs, but a few days of PP and the magical 9st 13.7lbs appears on the scales! This is the lightest I've been in over 10 years. I have about 7lbs to go...I want my BMI slap bang in the middle of 'healthy'.
    thank you to everyone who has helped me when I've plateau'd on here, some weeks have STS for 3 weeks running, the progress has been slow seeing as its been 16 weeks to lose 21lbs but I'm still slowly chipping away. DH (also doing this) has lost 20lbs in the same time frame so he is very pleased.
    Vegetarian Dukan started 5/9/12
