I've made a note of this on one of many lists. Vinegar can give me heartburn although I love it.... Señor Dukan is right about oatbran and PP days have been right so far so i might give cider vinegar a whirl!

I don't manage to see the whole of the newsleters he sends out, for some reason when I click the link I get a blank page, so huge thanks for that. I was interested in the january ones as the email started out interesting but nope, just a blank page.................so huge thanks for this.

I use balsamic vinegar all the time on salads, as it gives it a nice sharp flavour. Will def be addign this to the shopping list thou. Hmm by the glass yeah, can just imagine it.

Then he says eat loads of oatbran......surely we are on a strict amount. I do make mine up into two different parts of the day, but in the book he says it shouldn't be eaten thru out the day so do you reckon thats yet another change in rules.

    Morning DNSF

I think he was offering a 'Christmas tip' regarding the oat bran, that is, fill up on extra oat bran and you will physically be able to eat less bad stuff
