Thread: Apple Cider Vinegar

Happy New Year to everyone hope you all had a great festive holiday time.

It has just come to my notice in last months Dukan Diet email newsletter about Apple Cider Vinegar and how good it is for weight loss amongst lots of other things.

Before I go shopping for some I was wondering if any of you use or have used it and if so any benefits that you have noticed? With following the Dukan plan I can't find how often it is recommended to take although ACV reviews say to take 2 tablespoon before eating?
