Hi guys - me again. I just need some advice really. Since my attack phase my weight has plateaued. I want to check I'm doing the diet correctly. So on my protein days I'm eating as much of the allowed meats, cottage cheese as I want. I'm also having 2eggs and 2tablespoons of oatbran with skimmed milk made into porridge. I have virtually cut out coffee and diet Pepsi and drink loads of water. On my PV days I do the same with some added salad and vegs. On my PV day am I still ok to eat as much of the meat as I like? I don't eat loads but say if I want a snack I'll eat some crab sticks etc?
How long have you been on the cruise phase? When I started I was roughly tthe same weight as you & for the first week on cruise I didn't really lose. I had my first real loss after 2 weeks on cruise.
I'm on day five of cruise. I'm 4lbs down from starting so I'm pleased but wanted to check I was doing everything right. I forgot to add that I usually have two small fat free yogurts each day too.
