QUORN?

Are we allowed quorn?

I bought some sausages today but I can't seem to see any reference to Quorn on the book :confused:

I'm just bumping this up as I wanted to eat them on my PP day if I can :-(

Quorn mince is allowed as is the chunks but the sausages, burgers etc aren't allowed.

Oh bum I really wanted to have them today. Gutted :-(. Good job they're frozen so I can introduce them at a later stage.

Hi, yeah I'm giving Dukan a try. It's my first week. I couldn't stand the thought of going back to a VLCD LOL. How are you?
