My pile of lard now weighs 8 lb - 16 packets. Next week I would like it to be 19 packets, but even if it is just 17, I will be happy.
I am not weighing myself everyday, just once a week. I became obsessional / paranoid with the scales the last time I did Dukan, and if I hadn't lost for 4 days, saw that as a failure. By doing it once a week, I know I will have lost something.
