Orange squash

Is there any brands that are ok on Dukan? I love my squash! I've got robinsons no added sugar but I think there's too many cals in it still?

I haven't managed to find any squash that we can have. I found some flavoured water in tesco's but it works out expensive if you drink a lot.

We can't have squash?? :( I thought it was ok as long as it was no added sugar... will have to hide mine, or give it away I suppose :(

no squash... any drinks need to be less than 1 calorie per glass. Remember that fruit isn't allowed on the diet so any drink with "fruit" in it is going to be a no go.

I thought as much. I love squash such a shame there's no sugar free ones!!

Tesco sugar free juice is good and is really low.
TBH if it stops u snacking on bad food I think squashes are fine I've always drunk them and been ok so I suppose its a sip it and see( lol like what I did there)!!
If u stall then cut it out xx

Watch for salt in sugar free squash, especially the double concentrate stuff. God knows what its doing in them...

Oh just looked up Tesco squash and it is lower call than robinsons. Might get some of that as a treat!! Their lime squash is pretty low too :)

I once bought some SF ones from Morrisons, and asda do a range of them too. Bitter Lemon and a pear Drop one. I had them for about two weeks and my weight stalled, I always assumed it was them and stopped using them. I don't have it too strong, but I struggle with water. We can use lemon juice as a seasoner so I figured in a drink would be ok but it obv wasnt.
