    Not Eating?

    Hello lovely people,

    This may sound daft but today I haven't eaten anything since lunch and it's looking like I'm not gonna get time tonight for any food. I'm not actually hungry and have been drinking water.

    Iv read Somewhere that not eating on dukan diet can actually make your weight increase? Is this correct? Can anyone give any advice?

    Apparently the more you eat the more you'll lose, and skipping meals can cause the body to absorb every last calorie from your next meal. But I don't think it'll make much difference to your weight just this once. Last night I had guests at my flat and didn't have time to cook myself anything in the evening, so just ended up having a yoghurt around 9pm and I still lost this morning I'm sure you'll be fine but try not to eat anything too calorific next time you eat!

    - Be happy and confident in my own skin for the first time
