    What Changes Have You Noticed?

    So far I have lost 4st 8lb and have noticed a lot of differences and changes in the last seven months. Every time I realise there is yet another change i think about creating this post and this time I have.

    I have noticed / realised / changed

    Down 3 dress sizes both top and bottom
    Boots not as tight on my calves
    Rings spin on my fingers
    Bracelets are too big
    Had to buy new underwear (kind of forget about that one LOL)
    I can touch my toes (discovered tonight)
    I can bend to pick things up without breathing in first.
    I can kneel down without cutting off blood to my knees and
    I can stay knelt for longer.
    I can reach my hand round the back to the other side (discovered tonight when I was showering, that my left hand can wash my right side LOL)
    My daughter puts her arms round me to measure how far she can get...she is now nearly touching her elbows LOL.
    I fit in the theatre chair without squeezing.
    I walk differently, this is hard to explain. I wear my small heeled boots more now which helps me walk taller
    Said boots can be worn for a longer time, instead of half an hour before foot hurts.
    My glasses don't rub on my cheeks
    I used the vibration plate tonight and notice my bum fit on the plate fully LOL

    I'm sure theres more, can't remember them all right now

    My confidence!!! When I was big I used to just hide away under baggy clothes never wanted to go out and socialise!! Love going out now and love clothes shopping!! Before I didn't care what clothes looked like - if it fit I bought it!! Now I love looking at fashions and styles - I'm a totally different person when I'm slim and not just to look at!!! Also love being able to let the bath water out and see it disappear! At my biggest I could pull the plug and still have half the bath water stuck behind me!!!! Sooooo love being slim - dr dukan you are king!!!!!

    Oooo yes I forgot about the bath. It was actually the reason why i started my very first every diet twenty years ago.

    Confidence, well done, it is lovely shopping now. I actually had a light bulb moment earlier today, I was looking thru the avon book and spotted some PJs and I said to hubby, for the first time ever I could actually fit into these if I wanted to buy them. LOL. Its a wonderful moment isn't it.

    A very good motivating post!

    I have just under 4 stone to lose and I am struggling this time around I Must admit.

    However I did dukan for two months last year and lost 2 stone and I never felt as good. I was even buying clothes getting them home and they were actually too big!! It's a lovely feeling seeing your body shape change and how people react to seeing you look so different.

    I hope my stalling doesn't last long and that the weight starts dropping again soon as I can't wait to regain that feeling but this time hope for bigger losses. Iv heard dukan doesn't work aswell second time around but im crossing my fingers that it does lol.

    Congratulations ladies you should be extremely proud of yourselves x

I no longer pee slightly when I jump up and down I can but knee length boots from cheap high street fashion shops and Im not embarrased when my hubby sees me naked............wow thats quite a personal post from me....

    Excellent post hunni. I have to say I had notice that first myself LOL. I've also noticed my bum doesn;t hang over the sides of the seat either LOL. Not tried the boots yet, but my old boots fit on my calves when I hadn't realised they were tight.
