Me too!!! Given them loads of money - thanks P gonna watch that :)
Oh how I wish I'd found dr d years ago he could have saved me a fortune!!!

Me too. Then packed it back on :-(

THEN couldn't get it off again!

I put about 21lbs of it back on and couldnt lose any for about 2 years, then did Dukan on and off to get back to what i am now

i was in the bath but listened to it

made me laugh when it said that they found no evidence that members put weight back on when the course was finished..........RUBBISH!!!!! We have all been there, done that, bought the sweets and gained it all back plus more.

Not the fault of WW that though! You can't blame a diet cos you regain the weight. Any diet works if we stick to it I lost on WW and regained because I went back to my old habits. Can't blame WW for that it was my own fault :)

I did think their list of ingredients were shocking BUT agree that we can't blame WW for their diet - loads of people have lost weight with them and then regained it which is exactly what Dr D says - most people will regain the weight and more!!! I think their diet recomendations are good but their branded food is shocking!!!

I did find the program interesting

A friend of mine WAS a WW Diamond leader & it is all about how much you sell. She got fed up with the pressure in the end & left to set up her own classes based on healthy eating & counting calories. She took half of the people who went to her WW classes with her.

At the end of the day WW are a business
