Day 8 of no loss.
Now on day 8 of my plateau. I am fed up! Have decided to give myself a day off the dukan - and then I'm going to re-start attack! Sounds crazy I know! But that's my master plan :0)

WW, not to sound negative hear but coming off plan wont help. Post menus and be patient. Up you pure protien intake and your water. Dont give in chuck. Being good always shows rewards but sometimes we have to be patient xxx

I agree with Sidd - stick with it - if you have a day off you are liable to struggle to get back on it plus you will come out of ketosis - up the protein and if you're drinking diet coke I always found cutting down on that helped!! Good luck and stick with it - it works trust in Dr. D xx

I agree with the others, really really bad idea. A stall is normal, stop worrying about it. By having a day off then restarting on attack you are doing more harm than good. Please please reread the book and do some research on ketosis. And stop obsessing.....you have a bmi that a lot of people would kill for.... Bit of tough love there.

You haven't got much to lose so its going to be slow and /or stick at times. Those last few lb seem to take forever to shift. But shift they do - eventually, if you persist. Don't think going off plan will help, you'll just give yourself a hard time and an excuse to put some back on again. Plus doing extra attack is not a good idea, it only really works the once at the beginning.
I was 2 weeks with no loss at one stage, near end of the time given to end cruise and the scales just wouldn't budge. Eventually I gave up on cruise and went into conso, then to my surprise I started losing some more. So sometimes the change of pace works, also try upping the exercise if you can. Patience and a bit of faith help. Good luck
