Do you think this is an acceptable UHT milk to use for making yogurt?:
per 100ml
Total Fat: 0.4g
Sugars: 4.9g
If not; what level of grams would you suggest?

I always use uht skimmed milk to make my yoghurt ....I find that when I'm eating it I lose much more than shop bought stuff ;)
so long as its skimmed its fine, and uht is the only type to use for yogurts. All good stuff x
