Hey all.
Just thought i would share this as i know tjere have been lots of conversations about plateau-ing and wanting faster loss etc etc.
Well i started reading the bool again and pgs 98-102 answer alot of these questions.
For example he says you can do periods of pp and then periods of pv days. He describes different problems people may have with the weightloss and how to get around them.
