    Starting again....again.....:(

    After doing so well on Dukan last year I have put so much weight back on over Christmas. I have been so fed up and cold lately I have been stuffing my face. So stupid. Also, I feel like I have completely lost all concept of what food is good for me anymore. Feel so fat and miserable. Going to start attack again on Monday though, but I have also been looking into the marine commando diet as a quick way to shed my winter wieght gain. Even had a look at slimming world but felt I wanted to see results quicker. Why do I do this to myself?

    Welcome back lovely - we have all done that and got lots of t-shirts.... the main thing is that you are taking the bull by the horns and not putting your head in the sand! You can do this standing on your head and if you need any motivation just remind yourself how AMAZING you felt on Dukan, being in control and feeling great, compared to how you feel now - no comparison is there???? All the quick fix diets work but can be very hard work - you know Dukan becomes easy once you are over the first couple of days..... Good luck lovely - also advice - update your stats if you haven't already - seeing my gain in print made me think about it seriously and although I still haven't conquered 'falling off the ladder' my balance is getting better!!! LOL! GOOD LUCK!

    Thank you all for your messages. You are all lovely Failing on the Dukan....can you believe it I have gone off meat! I dont know what on earth the matter is with me but meat is really turning my stomach and no Im not pregnant! Just look it! haha well after much thought, I have decided to do a few weeks on exante. What attracted me to it is obviously the quick weight loss, but there is a brillliant offer on at the mo. Porridge, bar and pasta...70 a month. Im going to go for it, and stop thinking about food for a bit! Here's to Monday......AGAIN!!!! Argh! xx
