Good Morning/Evening,
Since going onto the Cruise phase 2 1/2 weeks ago, I have been losing then gaining the same 0.3kgs.
Basically, I haven't lost anything since doing the Attack phase.
I am counting the calories that I eat each day and have never gone below 1000, its roughly always between 1000 and 1500.
Can someone please check my menus maybe I'am eating too much diary or something.
Wonder, could I be metabolically resistant to losing weight this way, or do I just perservere and break through whatever this is.

The exercise you're doing seems good though if you like to discuss exercises I found helpful let me know. I've become a bit gym mad in the last year
