Sadie's DUKAN Diary - Recipe's can be provided

Hi all,

I never seem to stick at anything so I thought I would start a food diary.

Here goes:

06/03/13 - PP

B - 1 egg, scrambled with skimmed milk
L - Chicken breast
S - Ham
D - Steak (fat removed)
S - Oatbran Galette, SF jelly, FF yoghurt

D - Water/Coke Zero

:p

This was supposed to be under food diary's.

Does anyone know how to move it or to delete thread that you start? The wrong one came up under food diary's and this one here.

Of course, I had a gallette last night, I didnt finish updating my diary at that point ;)

I think you'll need to contact a Moderator to get your diary moved into the correct section.

you need to go on the main home page of minimins and look for technical area, then post in there. A mod or tech will sort it.
