    Hi all,

    I never seem to stick at anything so I thought I would start a food diary.

    Here goes:

    06/03/13 - PP

    B - 1 egg, scrambled with skimmed milk
    L - Chicken breast
    S - Ham
    D - Steak (fat removed)
    S - Oatbran Galette, SF jelly, FF yoghurt

    D - Water/Coke Zero
