I know it's been said before, but when a friend leaves the forum (for whatever reason), they leave a friend shaped hole and, we seem to have a lot of holes at the moment

Dieting it hard, sometimes people need to have some breathing space to recharge and get back on track. Hopefully they will come back and pop in and let us know how they are doing xx
