dukan bread, wraps

Been noticing from a lot of people's food diarys that they make wraps and have dukan bread please could some one tell me how too make these? Thanks how's every one getting on? Day 5 of the attack for me and going ok

I used to make the wraps with the oat bran pancakes and make some chicken tikka with low fat natural yoghurt and use that for the filling
