    Question at what point in your journey...

    ... did the weight loss slow down?

    I am not unhappy about the amount of weight I have lost, but I've looking at my Dukan calendar and realised:

    - I have lost 28.4kgs in approx. 4.5 months.

    - According to the good doctor, I will reach TW of 76.8 on 1 Jun 2014

    I know this TW date isnt set in stone, but when I look at my stats I wonder if it will take me 5.5 months to lost the remaining 14.1 kgs? I know weight loss slows down but by that much?

    I have read so many success stories with Dukan where TW reached within a couple of weeks (before or after) predicted date.

    Just thot id throw this out there to see what your guys think...

    Hmm... good question! I expect you're way ahead of his predictions with 28.4 in 4.5 months too, no? (Did you get a graph with your true weight calculation telling you the time scale? I forget now how the information is presented).

    Basically I don't think anyone knows, least of all the good doctor, when you'll reach target weight as there are too many factors involved, not least your good self... While weight loss does slow from the initial fast loss which includes a lot of water, as people get slimmer, they tend to become more active also (or need to look at becoming!) and so this can help counter the weight loss slow.

    You're doing brilliantly. Keep it up... shatter his target weight date... and then get it all consolidated and stabilised

    The graph just shows the start and end dates but does not plot month by month or similar ... I looked for mine to upload but I have no idea where I saved it!

    I thot I'd check what the trend was out there to get an idea and keep me mentally prepared.
