    Question CRUISE: 12 days in and just not hungry

    Hi All,
    I have been following the plan for nearly 2 weeks, I had a good start on Attack, losing 2 lbs in 3 days as planned, but since I have been on Cruise I am struggling to eat as I am just not hungry. I make sure I have the 2 tablespoons of oatbran as required each day, and drink plenty of water, but most days I'm really not hungry and seem to be eating for the sake of it. I know that this can't be good and was wondering if anyone had/was experiencing the same thing, and if so, will this pass?

    Hi Debs your in ketosis and will not feel the need to eat, but you must. Your body needs the protein. Try eating chicken with a nice Dukan sauce on. Or little and often. Don't allow your body to go into starvation mode xxx good luck and eat, the more pure protein you eat the more you will lose xxx
