Attack Help!!!! Starting attack phase tomo!

Eat everyone.

So I signed up on the website today and start my attack tomo.

Although I feel completely over whelmed and don't have a clue where to start or what to buy. I don't really understand if I'm honest. I've read through the website but I'm still unsure of what exactly I can eat on attack? 3 meals?

If some ones out there that can help me I would be so grateful x

You need to read the book - no getting away from it, I'm afraid. The book will tell you exactly want you can eat.

Ok so I've done a lot of search and put together a food diary for tomorrow, does this sound ok to you?

Breakfast ; poached egg with smoked salmon

Lunch grilled chicken breasts

Dinner prob the same !!!

And crab sticks for snacks!?

Couldn't really think what else to have for dinner, may have to go shopping for some lean meats other wise plenty of chicken breasts at home!!

That's fine, but you need to eat oat bran every day and you should think about taking a multi-vitamin.

You really need to read the book. Sorry to repeat this, but you really do.

It's true that this sort of diet really does require commitment from us and the book is really helpful... no one can tell you what to eat, although we're happy to look over your menus once you've devised them. As Pauline says, oatbran is a necessity...

I think you should set Monday as your start date, get cracking on that book and, worst case scenario, read the stickies here and get your meals planned in advance and your shopping in... without this, unfortunately, it'll be so hard for you and you want to give yourself as good a start as possible on this diet to be able to stick at it through the tougher times.

Do you have much to lose?

We'll I thought I had about 4 and half stone to lose but my true weight says I have about 3 and half stone to lose!

I am now on day two of attack and yesterday was a lot easier then I thought it would be! I did down load the book and read the attack stage info and am near the end now. I'm also finding the website very helpful now I have a better understanding of the diet!

So yesterday I weighed in at 13:8
This morning I weighed in at 13.3 !!!!! Whaaaaaattttt!!!!! Surely my scaled are playing games with me haha any how I'm happy to accept that an won't weigh again now till end of attack ! X
