    Muller light

    Hello all,

Can someone just confirm that we are allowed muller light on this diet? I have just tried the smooth toffee flavor and it is yummy. its fat free. Please say it is ok as I am planning on heading back to Asda to stock up on them

    thanks

I used to have toffee and vanilla mullers occasionally but found if I had them too often I would stall - you are much better getting ff natural yoghurt and flavouring it yourself :-)

Hi jenny I had 1 muller a day (toffee or vanilla) when doing dukan, but if you notice your weight loss stalling then cut them out xx

As the other two say. I think that they are officially considered a tolerated item now (not that we profess to keep up with the regular changes!) BUT, having said that, the vanilla and toffee ones (only) are the exact same nutritional composition as the Sveltesse ones he approves here in France (but they are double the size which perhaps tips the balance on them!).
