I'm back after a long break.
I'm currently 9st 8lbs, so as you can see lost a little during my time off :)
I have never put any of the weight I originally lost back on, like everyone said I would. I can't loose weight unless I strictly restrict, which isn't good so it's back to Dukan I go to drop that last 15 lbs!

Well done on losing while off plan. Did you just eat normally? Without counting cals or carbs? Amazing!
I do eat pretty healthily normally, I have fluctuated between 8 stone 10 and 9 stone 3 but have gone up to 9 stone 8 by eating poorly over the last month or so!
Dukan is the only diet that has worked for me, and my friends, loads of people told me I'd gain it all back etc but I never have :) luckily
Hello! Yes your right it's soooooo quiet in here! I've been dukaning a few times and it used to be so busy! You are very lucky not to have out the weight on, you must be eating a good diet. I however ate everything in site when I stopped dukaning and put all the weight I lost back on instantly. This time though I need to cut out carbs and sugar for life for health reasons so am hoping that when I eventually get to my goal weight this will help me to stay there. Good luck with your last 15 lbs........ Last 15 lbs, I won't be saying that for quite a while yet! X

Hope you had a nice holiday. Did you gain much while you were away? Way to go getting right back into things, though. I'm sure any gains will disappear quickly :-)
I was only down south staying with little ones dad!
I didn't gain at all, I go between 9 st 5 to 9 stone 8 fluctuating.
lucky you, not gaining on holiday and even losing weight just by eating normally! I'm sure you'll have no problem with those last 15 pounds.
