    Don't know if this Kindle book is any good.But for free and if your new to Dukan it may be of help.

    Thank you for the congrats.It's all down to eating the Primal way and walking.
    I've tried on and off for 30 years to loss weight but this time I was determined to do it.Never going back to my old way of eating.

    If anyone really wants it they will do it.
