As a restarter, I've pretty much picked up where I left off in terms of my food choices, and to my horror I'm finding ham & 5% fat minced beef that I used to live off, turn me right off. I literally have a few mouthfuls and I can't face anymore
I've got the Dukan recipe book out & I think Ill have to be quite creative as I'm quite a fussy eater and out of the 72 allowed foods I enjoy about 15 of these!!
Anyone else had the same problem? Any solution.
