Bean sprouts?

Hello,

just a quickie... In my dukan book of 100 dukan foods it says soya bean sprouts are allowed?

i take it that these are not the type you can buy a bag of in Tesco etc. that you throw in stir fries?

anyone know?

Yep yep there allowed as are water chestnuts which are fab in stir frys as well!!
