Hi everyone, I am a total newbie to dukan, I've purchased the complete dukan cookbook, sorted out the weeks dinners and down loaded the dukan book onto my iPad.
I must say say I'm a little overwhelmed and I've taken the day off work to work out everything. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. This is the biggest I have ever been I can't understand why my husband finds me attractive like this as I just don't look like me any more, I was always curvy but now I don't fit into anything I own and I've just had enough.
I used to run and do sweat yoga and be happy and confident, now I hate leaving the house! I just stepped on the scales and I knew it would be bad but I wasn't expecting 18 stone 3lb, I was expecting maybe 17st 7 at the most! I'm a size 18/20 and my goal is to get down to 13 stone 9lb, not the lightest I've ever been but dukan said this is my true weight so im happy with anything lighter right now. Dukan also said it was achievable by April 2015, which would be fab.
Any way any tips and advice to help me through the first 7 days on attack would be very helpful as I feel like I need the support xxx
