Who wants to buddy on Dukan (newbie)?

I'm sooooo excited.

Ordered all my food and ready to go.
 
Hi Sarah.. Good luck and good choice! I lost 34 lbs in 4 months a couple of years ago. I have re-started Dukan as I have gained13lbs of that.... Entirely my own fault! I thought I would pass on a few of my 'diet saver' eats... I don't buy from the Dukan site as its too expensive and a lot of the items are cheaper elsewhere or there are suitable alternatives. So, here I my savers

I make my daily oat bran allowance in to a morning bowl of porridge with skimmed milk and sweetener and a spoonful of Total 0% Greek Yoghurt.

I buy Bare Naked Noodles from Holland and Barrett for a large bag £2.99. This is enough for three or four meals. The noodles are made from Konjac, and can be eaten in Attack phase too. They really are like real noodles and I add them to stir fries, curries, soups etc.

A low salt Chicken Oxo cube with pieces of cooked diced chicken and Konjac Noodles is great. Add spring onion and peppers on PV days. Easy and quick

Quick and easy crispy Ginger Biscuits is a recipe on * and they are really gorgeous! Can be eaten in Attack too. Makes 14 dessert spoon size biscuits. Scrummy!

on the same site is a recipe for various cup cakes....made in a cup in the microwave. Again....feels wicked but isn't!

ok ...Can't think of anything else right now. Another good site is mydukandiet.com so stick to it and don't get disheartened if you only lose a tiny bit some days or nothing at all.......it soon comes off..
