Hi everyone I started this diet in 2013 and did fantastic. Things happened and I'm back I'm starting on Monday at 15st 2lbs xx
 
Hi, I am aslo starting dukan again in the morning, i lost 3 stone with this diet in 2012 and kept it off for two years... had a hectic year last year and the weight is back on again and im miserable! So im determined to get back into in the morning, hopefully we can support each other?! Best of luck :)
 
Hi nomore and scooter, so this is day 2 for me, weighed in yesterday at 12.12 and only 5ft 3 so not good! Going well so far but gof i forgot how hard the first few days are and the willpower required but i just keep telling myself it will be worth it!! So my first goal is to get to the 11's so thats 13lbs... day 3 2moro and hopefully my sweet cravings will start to reduce and energy will kick in!! Let me know how you get on xxx
 
Hi izzybizzy yes I forgot how hard the first few days are got a headache today. I know willpower is here somewhere and I'm determined not to give in. Good luck xx
 
Im giving in this time either, and i will help you! Anytime it gets too hard, post a comment as my phone is never far from my hand! ;-) keep thinking of the last time it worked and how good you felt after just a few short weeks, thats whats keeping me going! :) xx
 
Make sure you have plenty of protein to snack on if you get hungry - ff cottage cheese, boiled eggs, tuna, chicken etc - sweet cravings will subside - don't give in to them xx
 
Hello...I'm on day 1 of attack today so following your thread!! In 5ft and weighed in today at 134lb! True weight is 112lb so 22 pounds to lose!!!! Sounds like a lot!!!

So far today I've had zero fat yogurt with sweetener and oatbran! Xx
