BBQ Sauce
This is a recipe of my mum's which is lovely spooned over some cooked chicken or anything else you fancy.
250g passata
1 medium onion, finely chopped and fried in frylite till soft
4 tbsp white wine vinegar
1-2 tbsp sweetener
1-2 tbsp worcester sauce
Mix all together and heat through in a pan or in the microwave. Adjust the quantities to taste, these are a general guide, and you can add in other seasonings if you like too.

Sounds fantastic, Em, and duly cut and pasted into my Dukan recipe collection file.
Thank you, and please thank your mum, too.

LOL Monty, loving all your 'bump' posts. I cut and paste into a word document wheni see a recipe i like, and then when I've got a few pages worth I print out and put into my binder.
I had this last night with the Kebab. Very tasty although I did alter slightly. 100ml of coke with passata, no onion. Tiny bit of cornflour to thicken. it goes well with the BBQ meatloaf i make as well.
